It seems like suddenly Mindfulness is in fashion.
Celebrities advocate it, authors write about it, and there is a whole movement around it. I’m sure you’ve heard of it too. And maybe you’ve asked yourself this:
What is mindfulness all about?
How can it benefit me, and make me healthier and happier?
For me, it’s a great new term for a concept that has been around for ages: the skill of living in the moment, of being aware without judging, and of listening to your innermost needs.
Mindfulness can be practiced. And it’s an amazing skill to have to combat anxiety, stress, and increase your overall well-being. How so?

If you are anything like me, you love increasing your set of skills, especially if it brings you closer to your goal of living an extraordinary life full of health, well-being, and happiness. The practice of mindfulness is one of these skills that should not be missing in your personal repertoire!
And after you have watched today’s video, I want you to practice mindfulness. Sit down and focus on your breathing. If you get distracted by outside noises, or you notice that your mind wanders off, gently refocus your attention back to your breath. Do this for about 10 minutes; set yourself an alarm. And depending on where you are, do it either right now or tonight when you get home, or somewhere that you won’t get interrupted. Then come back and share with me how it went, in the comments below!
