We do it every time we stay up late, skip breakfast, and drink gallons of coffee just to stay on top of things. And then we skip our workouts and stress-eat junk food because we feel so tired and overwhelmed.

Sometimes our achievement culture makes us feel like we’re not as important as the things we do (or own), so when we even think about taking care of ourselves—BAM!

The guilt hits us like a ton of bricks: I can’t get a massage now; I have 3 loads of laundry to do! Maybe next month. (And then you still have laundry to do next month.)

Meet Franziska Alesso, Founder of The Well Space

Meet Our Founder Franziska Alesso

Franziska Alesso, aka the “Cheering Strategist”, is an empowering, body confidence creating, certified holistic nutritionist that teaches busy women how to shift their body image, create the right mindset to be healthy, make their personality type work for them when seeking health success, and create solid routines that take them towards life-long health and well-being.

Her straightforward, practical and simplifying approach towards life and well-being management has gained her many happy clients. Due to her former career as a high-level executive and then management consultant, she can closely relate to the challenges professional women face when trying to prioritize self-care. But through personal experience, she also knows why this is a necessity in order to stay strong, performant and happy.

Franziska is a mom to twin toddlers, loves lush forests and the beach, and nothing more than a piece of cake (gluten-& sugar-free, of course). Originally from Germany, she now calls Miami, Florida her home. Read More.
